On an area of more than 310 hectares, it is planned to build an 18-hole golf course with a clubhouse and all necessary infrastructure, a hotel complex with a SPA-centre and restaurants, winter recreation centre, residential and commercial real estate.
The concept of “intelligent eco-city” involves the use of environmentally friendly sources of energy and materials, innovative methods of managing residential and transport infrastructure of settlements, which will allow forming a sustainable intelligent community oriented towards ecology, sports, health, creative lifestyle.
Project work has been completed and the project has successfully passed the state examination. The company Golf Park DV LLC has obtained a construction permit. On the site, work is underway on clearance, building roads and connecting telecommunication networks.
The 18-hole golf course was designed by the company GolfArk, Finland, the team of which includes a world-renowned golf designer Ronald Fream. The concept and financial model for the VLADIVOSTOK GOLF CLUB & RESORT project were developed by Knight Frank.
