Today, Aleksandr Schmidt, General Director of Areal-Property LLC, the Developer of Marinist Residential Complex, and Alexandr Khodnev, General Director of SIBENGINEERING Corporation, the General Contractor, solemnly signed a statement of the construction completion and delivery of Marinist to Areal-Property LLC.

The construction of the Marinist, from the time of its commencement in February 2017 to its completion in September 2019, lasted 2 years and 8 months in total and was completed within the time limits provided by the project, as we promised, despite the severe weather conditions this summer.

The General Contractor has completed all the construction work required by the contract but much remains to be done before commissioning the Residential Complex. Over the next month, local contractors will continue working on improving the area adjacent to the Marinist, road marking on the parking area, installing internal and external navigation, final testing of all utility systems and some finishing operations.

Upon completion of all work, Areal-Property LLC will send the necessary documentation to obtain a permit from the competent authorities for commissioning the Marinist Residential Complex. Shared construction participants have already received notices of completion of the construction. After obtaining a permit for commissioning the Marinist, the Sales Department will set up and notify the shared construction participants of the schedule for the transfer of apartments and parking lots to them under a delivery and acceptance certificate. All procedures, including the handing over the keys, will be completed by the end of 2019.
