Marinist Residential Complex won 2019 European Property Awards, a prestigious international competition, which is part of the International Property Awards. The business-class residential complex project was awarded in the Residential High-Rise Development nomination for the Far East, Russia.

The European Property Awards is the largest professional award recognizing the best residential and commercial property developments in Europe since 1995. The European Award is a part of the International Property Award, the most reputed competition in the world in terms of the quality of participating projects. The awards are classified by regions: Africa, Asian Pacific Region, the Middle East, Europe, the United Kingdom (apart from all Europe), North and South America.

The participating projects at the preliminary stage are selected by the Research Department, and then the best projects in the region are assessed by more than 80 members of the panel of judges. The judges include 4 members of the British Parliament, as well as professional developers, architects, consultants, brokers, designers, journalists, marketers, etc. Judges award points to projects based on a set of criteria: location, architecture, design decisions, floor plans, design of public spaces, safety, energy efficiency, environmental friendliness, innovation and marketing.

The Marinist Residential Complex’s winning in the competition means the highest standard of quality of a number of decisions used to create the project, its compliance with international standards in architecture, construction and design, and meeting the requirements of the most discerning customers.

It is worth noting that this is not the first prestigious award of the Residential Complex. In 2018, Marinist became the finalist of the federal URBAN AWARDS.
